Can I send you a picture of what I want on a T-Shirt?
Yes! You’re welcome to send me your own photos or original designs. If you would like to use someone else’s artwork or design, you’ll need permission to reproduce it. If you’re unsure, just contact me and I’ll be happy to help.
Do you ship?
Yes! We ship throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout based on your order.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes! Local pickup is available at Mimi’s Craft Basket. Choose the pickup option at checkout, and you’ll be notified when your order is ready.
Do you do custom lithophanes?
Yes! Custom lithophanes can be created using your own photo. For the best results, please send a clear, bright, good-quality image. I can crop the photo as needed. Our lithophanes can be made up to approximately 5" × 7". The finished size may vary slightly depending on the shape and proportions of the photo you provide so that the image is not stretched or distorted.
Do you make night lights?
Yes! We offer both plug-in lithophane nightlights and puck-light lithophanes. Custom lithophanes can be made using your own photo, making them a unique keepsake or gift.
Are the items pictured the actual items I will receive?
Yes! Unless otherwise noted, the item pictured is the actual item you will receive. Many of my available pieces are one of a kind, so once an item is sold, it may not be available again.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! I’m happy to create custom pieces whenever possible. Depending on the item, you may be able to choose colors, designs, personalization, or other details. Contact me with your idea, and we can talk about what you’d like to create.
How long do custom orders take?
Turnaround time depends on the item and the supplies needed. Some custom orders can be completed right away, while others may require supplies to be ordered before I can begin. If supplies need to be ordered, please allow additional time for them to arrive and for me to complete your order. I’ll give you an estimated timeframe when we discuss your custom order.
