Return & Refund Policy

Because many of our items are handcrafted, one of a kind, or made especially for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personalized/custom-made items.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact Mimi’s Craft Basket as soon as possible after delivery. Please include photos of the damaged item and the packaging so we can review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

If you receive an incorrect item or there is an error on our part, please contact us so we can make it right.

Please review all personalization details, sizes, colors, spelling, and other custom-order information carefully before approving your order.

Order Cancellations

Ready-made orders may be canceled only if you contact us before the order has been shipped or prepared for pickup. Custom or personalized orders may be canceled only if work has not yet begun and supplies have not been ordered. Once work has begun or supplies have been ordered for a custom item, the order cannot be canceled.
