Ready-Made Items
Items that are already made and available in our shop are normally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Processing times for custom orders vary depending on the item and whether supplies need to be ordered. Some custom orders can be completed quickly, while others may take additional time. An estimated timeframe will be discussed with you when arranging your custom order.

Shipping
Mimi’s Craft Basket ships throughout the United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays
Once a package has been turned over to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please Check Your Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has shipped.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at Mimi’s Craft Basket. Choose the pickup option at checkout, and you’ll be notified when your order is ready.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
